Planning for Camp
Registration
Registration is completely online.
Room Requests
Campers may each make one request to room with a friend or sibling. Room requests must be mutual. We will do our best to fulfill each request, provided it is made on the online reservation form.
Refund/Cancellation
$50 deposit is non-refundable. Remaining payments will be refunded only if cancellation is received 10 or more days before the beginning of the camp. There is no refund for cancellations made after the 10-day notice period has expired. If the requested camp is full, we will issue a complete refund or place your camper's name on a waiting list. If a camp is canceled, we will issue a complete refund.
While at Camp
Arrival and Check-in / Departure
We offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the GSP International Airport as well as the Greenville Amtrak and Greyhound stations. You can request a shuttle on the online registration form.
Campers will check in at the location specified on the individual camp page. (See BJU map or directions to BJU.)

Meals
Meals will be served in our dining common in an all-you-can-eat buffet style. Any food concerns (allergies, diet restrictions, etc.) can be noted in the online registration form.
Housing
Overnight campers will stay the BJU residence halls. Overnight stay is only available for students in 9–12 grades.
What overnight campers should bring
- Bedding for twin bunk
- Towels
- Toiletries
- Money for snacks
- Sunscreen
What to Wear
Men
For general camp activities, shorts or pants with a T-shirt are normal camp attire. For those wishing to take part in the pool activities, please bring appropriate swimwear.
Women
For general camp activities, knee-length shorts or pants (yoga-type pants would not be appropriate) are normal camp attire. Clothing with a low neckline in front or back should not be worn (tank tops are not appropriate). The midriff area should be covered at all times (including when sitting down or bending over). For those wishing to take part in the pool activities, please bring appropriate swimwear.
Day Camp
Sr. High Camps
- Day campers must live in or stay with family in the immediate Greenville area.
- Campers may be required to be on campus from 8:30 a.m.–9 p.m. on camp days.
- Lunch and dinner are included in the camp cost.
