Leadership Team

Matthew Weathers

Matthew Weathers

Matthew Weathers serves as the Director of the Center for Leadership Development at BJU during the school year and on the EDUcamp Program Team during the summer. After graduating college, he moved to Asia and taught university business English, served as a vice-principal of a high school, directed English camps, and led colleagues in a small multi-national business that provided activities and made connections among college students. While there he also earned an MA in Cross-Cultural Studies from Northland International University and returned to BJU in 2014. He earned his PhD in Inter-Cultural Studies from Columbia International University in 2019.

​Seth Litzenberger

Seth Litzenberger graduated from Bob Jones University in 2011 with a degree in Camp Ministries. He and his wife, Jessica, served together in various capacities at The Anchorage Camp in North Carolina until returning to Greenville in August of 2023. Seth now teaches STEM and supervises the late stay program at the elementary school of Bob Jones Academy. He's passionate about helping kids learn and grow while having fun!

Dave Orr

Dave Orr

Dave Orr serves as the BJU Welcome Center Manager and oversees a staff of 70 students who provide hospitality and service to BJU's guests. He has been working with the BJU summer camp programs since 1997 and enjoys seeing the impact our camps have on the high schoolers who attend.

Aaron Burk

Aaron Burk

Aaron Burk attended Bob Jones University and earned a BA in Youth Ministries and a Master of Divinity. While in graduate school, he and his wife, Whitney, began serving at Bethany Bible Church in Hendersonville, North Carolina, where Aaron was the youth pastor.  In 2002, they joined the staff of The Anchorage Camp where Aaron was the Program Director until the summer of 2020.  He joined the BJU staff in the fall of 2020 as the Assistant Men's Director of Student Life. 

Natalie Conn

Natalie Conn

Natalie graduated from Bob Jones University with a BS and MA in Biblical Counseling. She currently serves as the Coordinator for Student Leadership and Organizations in the Center for Leadership Development. She mentors dozens of student leaders and equips them to lead their peers for God’s glory. She and her husband Daniel have a son named James who is nearly a year old and cannot wait to attend EDUcamp when he's old enough.

Amy Streeter

Amy Streeter

Amy Streeter serves in the Academic Resource Center at Bob Jones University as an academic advisor on the EDUcamp team. She graduated from BJU with a BS and MEd in Special Education. She also serves on the BJU faculty and teaches academic coaching, academic management seminar and a pathways class for the freshmen students at BJU.

Andrew Carter

Andrew Carter

Andrew Carter serves as the University Host at BJU, coordinating guest visit experiences on campus and helping oversee the Welcome Center’s day-to-day operations. Andrew helps connects high school students with opportunities and experiences at BJU that help them picture and plan for their college years. Andrew holds a BS in Engineering and an MA in Communication Studies from BJU.
