About:
The Bruins Team Volleyball Camp is a great way for Varsity and Junior Varsity teams to get ready for their upcoming playing season. The camp will have sessions for individual skill work, fitness conditioning, team practice times, and team competitions along with a daily Bible study.

Note, teams must have a complete team (6 or more players) in order to attend this camp. We also require a female chaperon to be present with each team at no additional charge (either coach or designated chaperon). Coaches/chaperons wishing to attend can fill out this form. If you are planning to pay as a team and not as individuals, please contact our office. 

Cost:
$325 per player ($350 after May 1) - Overnight rate
$275 per player ($300 after May 1) - Daily commuter rate 

Check-in:
Monday, July 15 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Davis Field House lower lobby

Camp Ends:
July 18 at 12 p.m.

Junior Varsity (JV) or Varsity High School Teams

Meet Coach Schlichting: Christa Schlichting joined the Bruins in 2018. In 2020, Christa was honored by the American Volleyball Coaches Association as the NCCAA National Assistant Coach of the Year. Prior to joining the Bruins, she spent thirteen years as an athletic director and physical education teacher at Leesburg Christian School in Virginia where she coached her varsity volleyball team to seven state appearances and one state championship title. Christa also served as a head coach for several junior travel teams for Northern Virginia Volleyball Association in Sterling, Virginia.  She enjoys teaching the sport and helping players develop individual skills as well as challenging players from God's Word.
