About:
The focus of this camp is to allow the fathers and their sons to connect through the sport of basketball. Each day there will be open gym time where families can play and learn from Bruins coaches and athletes followed by a time of Bible teaching.

June 28-29

Attendees:
Boys 2nd - 8th grade and their fathers

Cost:
$200 for a father/son pair ($225 after May 1)
$50 for each additional son

Check-in Time:
Friday, June 28 from 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm in the lower lobby of Davis Field House

Camp Ends:
Saturday, June 29

  • 6:15 - 7:00 pm: Devotional
  • 7:00 - 9:15 pm: Gym

  • 8:30 - 9:00 am: Open Gym
  • 9:00 - 9:45 am: Devotional
  • 9:45 am - 12:00 pm: Gym
  • 12:00 - 12:45 pm: Lunch
  • 1:15 - 4:00 pm: Gym

Meet Head Coach Burton Uwarow: Burton Uwarow, a graduate of Bob Jones University, has over 20 years of combined coaching experience. Before joining the Bruins staff in 2017, Coach Uwarow coached for eight seasons at Creekside Christian Academy McDonough, Georgia. While there, he transformed the program as the team won three Division I-AA State Championships. Coach Uwarow has had several players go on to play NCAA, NAIA and NCCAA ball while several have reached professional level while playing overseas.
