Get ready to celebrate the most important meal of the day! Middle schoolers will dive into the delicious world of breakfast, creating both sweet and savory favorites like muffins, pancakes, waffles, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, shrimp and grits, omelets, coffee cake, and more. Each session is packed with hands-on cooking and baking, creative options, and the essential skills to make breakfast not just the most important but also — the best meal of the day!
Full-day camps: Camp check-in each day is between 7:30–8:30 a.m. at the Elementary School Building for 2nd–5th and the Middle School Building for 6th–8th.
Half-day camps: Camp check-in each day is between 7:30–8:30 a.m. for morning camps and 12:00-1:00 p.m. for afternoon camps at the Elementary School Building for 2nd–5th and the Middle School Building for 6th–8th.
When you arrive on campus, follow the signs to the Elementary School for 2nd–5th, and the Middle School for 6th–8th for check-in on Monday. Camp staff will meet you and give the camp T-shirt as well as share a schedule for the week.
Full-day camps: Pick-up each day will be from 4:30–5:30 p.m. at the Elementary School for 2nd–5th, and the Middle School for 6th–8th.
Half-day camps: Pick-up each day will be from 12:00-1:00 p.m. for morning camps and 4:30–5:30 p.m. for afternoon camps at the Elementary School for 2nd–5th, and the Middle School for 6th–8th.
All supplies needed for camp will be provided unless otherwise noted in each specific camp information.
Please note: BJU cannot be responsible for money, valuables or personal articles.
Long athletic shorts, jeans or pants, and T-shirts are the normal camp attire. Tennis shoes are recommended.
Lunch will be served in our dining common in an all-you-can-eat buffet style. Any food concerns (allergies, diet restrictions, etc.) can be noted in the online registration form.
Cell phones and personal devices are to be dropped off at the check-in desk for safekeeping and they can be picked up when your child is being checked out.
David Miller has worked in bakeries for over 30 years. For 10 of those years, he owned and operated a local bread bakery. David is a culinary arts instructor at BJU.
