Ever wish you could travel through time and experience other cultures, important events, or meet famous people? During this week, travel along with us as we dive into different time periods, reenact pivotal moments in history and engage in conversations from around the world. Experience with us what it was like to live and learn in ancient or more modern cultures. A special focus on July 4 will be on the War of Independence and the birth of America. Take the trip of a lifetime!

Arrival/Departure

When to Arrive

Camp check-in for all campers is on Monday between 8-8:30 a.m. at the BJA elementary school for 2nd-5th graders and at the BJA middle school for 6th-8th grade.

Drop-off each day will be from 8-8:30 a.m. at the BJA elementary school for 2nd-5th graders and at the BJA middle school for 6th-8th grade.

What to do When You Arrive

When you arrive on campus, follow the signs to the BJA elementary school for 2nd-5th graders and at the BJA middle school for 6th-8th grade on Monday. Camp staff will meet you and give the camp T-shirt as well as share a schedule for the week.

When to Depart

Pick-up each day will be from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at the BJA elementary school for 2nd-5th graders and at the BJA middle school for 6th-8th grade. (this includes Friday)

What to Bring

All supplies needed for camp will be provided unless otherwise noted in each specific camp information.

Please note: BJU cannot be responsible for money, valuables or personal articles.

What to wear

Long athletic shorts, jeans or pants, and T-shirts are the normal camp attire. Tennis shoes are recommended. Swimsuits for girls should be one-piece garments. Water activities will occur depending upon the week's schedule.

Lunch will be served in our dining common in an all-you-can-eat buffet style. Any food concerns (allergies, diet restrictions, etc.) can be noted in the online registration form.

Tim Jones is a middle school Math and History teacher at Bob Jones Academy as well as leading the middle school’s Robotic team. He loves to help students discover more about their talents as they experience the world around them.
